Linn Greshman

Senior Designer

Linn Gresham brings her time-tested Southern style to luxury homes and hospitality interiors as the Senior Designer at Leah Bailey Interiors. With her convivial style, Linn brings her signature look centered around gracious living, sense of place, and lifestyle expression. Over the last 20 years, her taste-making has shaped many noteworthy homes, corporate offices, restaurants, clubs, showrooms, and hospitality spaces in Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Alabama. She has cultivated a breadth of resourcing for fine finishes from around the globe and has a network of remarkable artisans. Her architectural training, construction know-how, and NCIDQ appellation serves her clients, architectural, and construction partners with an edge.

 

Linn has received several awards for her work, including the 2010 International Interior Design Association Best of Best Award of Merit in Retail Design for the Showroom at Savannah Hardscapes and three Historic Savannah Foundation Preservation Awards. She has notably been featured on HGTV and in other media, including local and national publications. Some projects of note include interiors for the historic Hamilton Turner Inn as featured online at House Beautiful digital, the Georgia Historical Society’s Jepson House, corporate interiors for the Savannah Economic Development Authority, renovations to Savannah Quarters Country Club, Port City Logistics brand experience, and countless historic homes. She attributes her success to her incredible influences in Savannah, Georgia, including her MFA and time teaching and mentoring at the Savannah College of Art and Design, her prior work experiences, unbelievable clients, and the lovely setting and city plan of Savannah.

 

An Alabama native, Linn Gresham has a BS from the University of Montevallo in Interior Design. She stayed in Savannah after receiving her MFA in Interior Design from SCAD, where she found "her landscape" in the Lowcountry. Linn’s collected and traveled life is centered on the Wilmington River with her son, with whom she shares a love for fishing and the richness of the marsh.
